On February 28, Professor Ahn Namil of the Cultural Contents program at Korea University Sejong Campus was inaugurated as the 12th President of the Association of Humanities Contents during its annual general meeting held at Hana Square Auditorium. His term will last for two years.
The Association of Humanities Contents is an academic research organization founded in 2002 by scholars who recognize the significance of humanities-based reflection, archival materials, and values within the rapidly growing field of content studies. Over the past 23 years, the society has dedicated itself to establishing the identity of humanities content studies and advancing academic research in the field.
Professor Ahn, “As the president of the Association of Humanities Contents with approximately 2,500 members, I feel a great sense of responsibility. Given that the association publishes a prestigious journal recognized by the National Research Foundation of Korea, I will focus on enhancing its academic and professional activities to strengthen its standing further.”
He is currently a professor of Culture Contents at Korea University Sejong Campus and actively serves as the president of the Korea Festival Forum and vice president of the Cultural Arts Content.
