A highlight of the seminar was a guest lecture by museLiVE CEO Oh Taeho, who shared insights from his experience managing a Silicon Valley startup and discussed venture capital (VC) funding for entrepreneurship in the United States. He also presented research cases on sleep health and intermittent fasting, offering effective health management strategies and career development insights.
During the Open Lab, students actively participated in collecting health data using Mi Band and conducting sleep health management experiments with intermittent fasting. Through these activities, students gained practical research experience and had the opportunity to develop creative problem-solving skills for addressing global health challenges.
The seminar was jointly organized by the Department of Biotechnology & Bioinformatics at Korea University Sejong Campus, the Biological Clock-based Anti-Aging Convergence Regional-Leading Research Center (BCA2-RLRC), and the KUS University Innovation Center, with support from the Regional University Revitalization Project.
